Uni-Hire Intro Video Competition Terms and Conditions:
 

  1. Eligibility: The Uni-Hire Intro Video Competiton ("Competition") is open to all current university students and recent graduates (past 3 Years) in the United Kingdom who are enrolled in or completed an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
     

  2. Entry Requirements: To enter the Competition, participants must submit a video that meets the following criteria:

    • The video must be original and created by the participant.

    • The video must include the participant's permission to be filmed and to use it for research and marketing purposes. Participants must clearly state, "I give my permission for Uni-Hire to use this video for research and marketing purposes."

    • Participants must provide their name, course, university, degree type, graduation year, and the grade they expect to achieve or have achieved.
       

  3. Submission Deadline: All video submissions must be received by the 31st of March 2024.
     

  4. Prize: The participant with the best video submission, as determined by Uni-Hire, will be awarded £100 in vouchers of their choice.
     

  5. Usage Rights: By submitting a video to the Competition, participants grant Uni-Hire the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the video for research and marketing purposes.
     

  6. Additional Information (Optional): Participants may choose to include additional information in their video, such as:

    • Different skills they have built from various courses.

    • Strengths and attributes.

    • Career aspirations and where they see themselves in 10 years.

    • Work experience gained.

    • Extra-curricular projects or activities.

    • Hobbies and membership in societies or clubs.

    • Any other factors that make them stand out as a candidate.
       

  7. Judging Criteria: The judging panel will evaluate video submissions based on creativity, originality, presentation, and adherence to the entry requirements.
     

  8. Winner Notification: The winner of the Competition will be notified via email by the 7th of April 2024.
     

  9. Publicity: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to Uni-Hire's use of their name, university, and video submission for promotional purposes, without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
     

  10. General Conditions: Uni-Hire reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent conduct. Uni-Hire also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if it cannot be conducted as planned, including due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
     

  11. Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By participating in the Uni-Hire Marketing Incentive Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Uni-Hire Feedback Survey Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Uni-Hire Feedback Survey Competition ("Competition") is open to all current university students and recent graduates (past 3 Years) in the United Kingdom who are enrolled in or completed an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
     

  2. Entry Requirements: To enter the Competition, participants must complete the designated survey form provided by Uni-Hire.
     

  3. Submission Deadline: All survey submissions must be received by the 31st of March 2024.
     

  4. Prize: One participant will be chosen at random from all eligible survey submissions to receive £50 worth of vouchers of their choice.
     

  5. Voucher Selection: The winner will have the opportunity to select vouchers from a predetermined list of options provided by Uni-Hire.
     

  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible survey submissions received within the specified timeframe.
     

  7. Winner Notification: The winner of the Competition will be notified via email or other contact information provided in the survey form by the 7th of April 2024
     

  8. Prize Claim: The winner must respond to the notification within 5 Working Days and provide any necessary information to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
     

  9. Publicity: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to Uni-Hire's use of their name and university for promotional purposes, without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
